Teaching

The Computational Methods Group is responsible for the development of courses related to computational analysis of structures within the Bachelor of Science and Master of Science programmes in Civil and Architectural Engineering.

Our courses are always focused on providing deep knowledge and the skills to apply theory, usually by computer programming. We strive to make young engineers who can contribute to further development, both in the industry and in academia, rather than producing end-users of software and textbook methods.

Further, via BSc and MSc thesis projects, we invite students to participate in our ongoing research activities, often in collaboration with industry. If you have ideas for student projects, falling within the scope of our research, please contact us!
