Workshop with practising architects and constructing architects from AART architects, CEBRA architects and Friis & Molkte architects, Aarhus, about principles for visualisation of data to be implemented in the further development of the decision-support tool PARDIS (plug-in for revit).

Midterm review at the Politecnico di Milano

On the 29th of April PhD-student Stina Rask Jensen will participate in the midterm review at the Department of Architecture and Urban Studies at Politecnico di Milano. The subject of the studio is regeneration of postwar social housing settlements, focusing on energy optimization and increased architectural quality. The studio is organised by professor Gennaro Postiglione and Fabrio Leonforte.    

Final review of the assignments in the "Integrated Engineering Project" course 

The Masters' students in the "Integrated Engineering Project" course will be presenting their final project assignments on 26 April 2019  

SimAUD 2019 @ Georgia Tech

Postdoc, Aliakbar Kamari will be remotely presenting their accepted paper in Symposium on Simulation for Architecture and Urban Design (SimAUD 2019) on 7th of April, which is holding in Georgia Tech, Atlanta, USA.

The topic of the paper: Unleashing the diversity of conceptual building renovation design: Integrating high-fidelity simulation with rapid constraint-based scenario generation

Urban Sound Symposium @ Ghent University

PhD Student Arnthrudur Gisladottir will be attending the first international Urban Sound Symposium in Ghent the 3rd - 5th of April 2019. The main themes of the Symposium are: The sound(scape) of the city, Sound technologies and Sound in urban planning and design.

The Masters' students in the "Integrated Engineering Project" course will be presenting their midterm project assignments on 22 March 2019

MADE Copenhagen 2019

PhD Student, Arnþrúður Gísladóttir –  MADE alumna, will be mentor in the MADE (Made by the Opera House) projekt from January 14th - February 22nd . The mentors will provide critique and feedback at weekly design reviews, interim, rehearsal, and final presentations
